Go Again? Maybe - not much going on at this park - we got take out at the 3 Amigos Edmonton and wanted to eat it picnic style - it was great for that purpose - but wouldn't make a special effort to visit it if we weren't already in the area.

Parking: We had to park along the roadway - no parking - I think this park is primarily for the people in the area to have green space to enjoy and have a place to run their dogs.

Our Charles Anderson Park Edmonton Visit

We were in the area - checking out the Edmonton 3 Amigos - and although that Mexican restaurant does have a very nice dining area - we decided to opt for a picnic in a park.

So we got our food and jumped back in the car. We typed "Park" into our GPS and were happy to have it direct us to this park. Thankfully, it was really close because the food was smelling temptingly delicious.

We found the park with little difficulty and made our little trek into the park with our doggy bags in hand.

We decided just to eat on a bench - although there is a cute little picnic area in the park. It is sheltered by small hills on 3 sides of it.

We enjoyed our food and then went for a quick walk around the park - it turned out it was a little more chilly than we had anticipated.

We enjoyed the beautiful autumn leaves and the sun setting.

We checked out the sign - and learned some interesting information about the park's name sake...

We then left the park - simple date over - but it had been a good time!
