Edmonton Corn MazeWill you get lost in the Edmonton corn maze? Probably not, but it doesn't hurt to try!
![]() Description: Edmonton Corn Maze is a fun thing to do for all ages - children, teens, adults, and seniors will all love this mind stretching walk through a corn field! Each year, a new corn maze is constructed - always in the shape of something fun and exciting. If you were to walk the corn maze and never make a wrong turn - it might take you about 1/2 hour to complete - but since never taking a wrong turn is highly unlikely - it is more likely that it will take you about an hour to go through all the twists and bends in the cornfield. Location: 26101 SH 627 Spruce Grove, AB T7Y 1B3 (780) 288-0208 GPS Coordinates: N53 27'13" - W113 43'53" It's located on the South West side of Edmonton. Overall Rating: 5 star Seasonal: Open from mid-July to mid-October Go Again? For sure! We had a fun morning at the maze. Would love to try it again next year. Parking: A fairly large parking lot with easy access to the main road. We had no trouble finding parking when we went on the weekend. Dogs: Dogs are welcome - but they must be kept on a leash and, of course, you need to clean up after them.

Our Edmonton Corn Maze Visit
![]() I've always wanted to go to a corn maze - but never had the opportunity to try it out. I was so excited to finally have a chance to get lost in a field of corn! We went late in the season - so I was worried about the condition of the maze - but it was still in a remarkably good state. We arrived at the Edmonton Corn Maze fairly soon after it opened and there were hardly any people there. We started out at the pedal carts - they were free! And as dad was in line buying tickets - how can kids resist a ride on these "giant bikes" - so we obliged them and gave them a ride! Of course, we were'n't slow to give them a try ourselves!
![]() Next we grabbed our "passports" and headed into the heart of the maze. To say you'd never make a wrong turn within the maze is being way to optimistic - and we had our fair share of wrong turns. There're numbered posts throughout the maze to give you encouragement at least that you're going the right way!
![]() At each numbered post, you get out your passport - answer the question on the passport - and based on the answer you choose - you will turn left or right. The kids had a lot of fun running through the maze and trying to figure out which was the right way to go.
![]() At one point the maze even included an optional lookout that you could climb up to look out over the corn maze - that was neat! I think the hardest part of the Edmonton Corn Maze this year was trying to get to post 5 - you know it's difficult when you hardly see anyone during your whole time in the maze and then all of a sudden you see tons of people all wandering around asking each other for help with post number 5!
![]() When we finished the maze, we stopped for a hotdog and lunch from the concession stand - very yummy!
![]() Then we paid the animals a visit...funny - they all were eating corn! Finally, the kids got to climb and jump all over a platform of stacked hay bales - for them - that may have been the hit of the day. We went home...and the kids napped wonderfully - it had been a wonderful day.
